Director of Operations An exciting new opportunity in Gettysburg!
ACHS is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee the overall operations of our brand new, state-of-the-art building and museum. A ground-floor opportunity to shape the position as needed and grow with future opportunities. Duties will include working with our CRM software to enter, acknowledge, and manage donations and memberships and create customized contact lists, managing supplies and services ordering with various vendors, assisting in interviewing and onboarding of volunteers as well as various general administrative and clerical assistance to the Executive Director and staff. At least 7 years of administrative experience is preferred. Experience with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Google Products is important as is the ability to quickly learn new software. Familiarity with non-profits and tourism-oriented organizations is a plus. Candidates should have excellent writing and communication skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Must be willing to form meaningful relationships with staff, patrons, and donors and have enthusiasm for Gettysburg and Adams County history. Position starting Jan 3, 2023. Full time, 40 hours, with willingness to work occasional weekend days or evenings in the busiest times. Salary $40-$45,000 depending on experience. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Van DriverThe YWCA Hanover is currently looking for van drivers to drive our school-age kids. Vans are 10 passenger vans and are owned by the Hanover YWCA. During the school year, van drivers transport kids in grades kindergarten thru sixth grade to and from school, within three local school districts.
