Title Clerk

Gene Latta Ford is looking for a part time Title Clerk to join our team.  This position would be Monday through Friday with 30 hours a week.
Position Duties:
  • -Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
  • -Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete
  • -Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding tile work.  Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the controller at the end of month.
  • -Sign over titles for wholesale
  • -Schedules title runner for PennDOT, PAA & MVA
  • -PennDOT Certified Title Training
  • -Notary Training/License
  • -Other tasks as assigned

Parts Counter Person

Gene Latta Ford is looking for a full time Parts Counter Person to join our team with opportunity for advancement.  This would be a full time position.
We offer a complete health care package plus: 401k, Aflac, dental, vision, family discounts & more.
Monday through Friday 6:30am to 4pm and every 3rd Saturday 6:30am to 1pm.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with service technicians and advisors to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service;
  • Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom;
  • Inventory, maintain accurate records of received goods;
  • Maintain parts in appropriate storage areas;
  • Receive and process payments;
  • Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts;
  • Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock;
  • Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order;
  • Provide high level service to both internal and external customers;
  • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers;
  • Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status;
  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization;
  • Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate;
  • Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention;
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Positive and hardworking personality;
  • Eagerness to improve;
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills;
  • Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume;
  • Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment;
  • Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents.

Community Impact & Marketing Associate
