Outpatient TherapyThe Hoffman Homes Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic is open to the surrounding community and is looking for an Outpatient Therapist to provide sessions to those in need.
Hoffman Homes, Inc. is a supportive work environment where you can collaborate with other master’s-level therapists. Frequent supervision sessions and weekly department meetings allow for the opportunity to discuss cases and new information. Additionally, Hoffman offers free clinical seminars and CEUs. Supervision is provided by both the Psychiatrist and the Director. Duties The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy for clients in our psychiatric outpatient clinic. They are responsible for the development and ongoing assessment of treatment plans, completion of various assessment tools utilized within the clinic, session notes, and other regulatory requirements of the Office of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) and The Joint Commission. This is a full-time position paid a salary that is not contingent on session numbers. Part-Time status is also available at an hourly rate. Requirements The position requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and have basic computer skills. The work schedule is typically Monday - Friday with 4 days working from 8AM to 4PM. One day of the week will be reserved for evening hours with a schedule of 11AM to 7PM. A Saturday schedule of 8AM to 12PM will be required once per month.
