- New Hope Ministries - Currently looking for volunteers and donations for food pantry at the New Oxford Center. Sign-up to volunteer here.
- Staying home unless you are traveling for an essential purpose. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health are now advising that everyone should wear a mask anytime they leave the house. N-95s and paper masks should be reserved for our healthcare professionals. Cloth and homemade masks can provide a measure of protection for the general population.
- Remaining calm and rational - please do not take more than you need at grocery stores so that everyone can get the items they truly need
- Calling your neighbors to check in, especially elderly neighbors.
